Exchanges and returns

To return items, you have a period of 30 days, from the receipt of the product.

We only accept returns of articles when the product is returned in perfect condition, without having been washed or used.

Return Process

To make a return you must contact us by email: info@dukier.com, indicating your order number.

After checking the good condition of the item, we will refund the corresponding amount. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Defective products

In the case where the product acquired and defective or damaged, you must contact us through the email address: info@dukier.com, indicating the problem and attach photos to us if necessary.

Once the photos and damage have been examined, we will immediately change or return the total amount, assuming all the shipping costs.
